Luke's been working as a chef in the London scene since 2014, starting his career as an apprentice at Marcus at The Berkley hotel. His head set on Michelin stars he went onto working with Clare Smyth at Core then Hide with Ollie Dabbous for 3 years where he established a more minimalist and product driven approach to cooking.
A short stint at Helene Darroze at The Connaught was followed by Luke's first solo venture consisting of a series of pop ups lead by Table & Candle. He then went onto head up Caia on Golborne road where he fell in love with cooking over fire and punchy asian inspired flavours. With this as his past decade combined with his passion for japanese cookery and techniques you can expect some familiar but unfamiliar flavours paired with some of the UK's greatest seafood supplied by The Sea The Sea.
