At the Chef's Table - Hackney


Therese has a long background in the restaurant industry. She has been a chef for 20 years. Coming from Sweden, her cooking style is Nordic cuisine using seasonal products. She loves to cook vegetables, fish and seafood in general. 

She was also part of Masterchef Professional UK season 15. 

Having worked in in Italy, France, and a couple of Michelin star Sweden restaurants, Therese is now finally settling in London as Head Chef at Ekstedt at The Yard since its opening in 2021. What she especially loves as a chef is to meet the guests she is cooking for, to see the joy that her cuisine provides to them and to take pride in what her and her team has served.
