Eleanor has been Head Chef at Spring since 2022, having spent 7 years at the restaurant working under Michelin starred Skye Gyngell. Over this period she has performed roles in every section of the kitchen and has worked particularly closely with Spring's biodynamic farm partnership Fern Verrow. More recently, she has managed several high exposure events and dinners alongside Skye at venues including Frieze Masters, Wilderness Festival, Prada, The Serpentine, Net a Porter, Soho Farmhouse, Carlos Place and Coco Resorts. In May 2023, Eleanor also arranged her first personal pop up at Italo restaurant. Here she showcased her love of seasonal, heartfelt food which she has developed over her time at Spring, her training at Ballymaloe and her childhood growing up on a farm in Lincolnshire.
