Nomadic pop-up Embers has been at Renegade Urban Winery serving up bold flavours cooked over open flames for the last few months. Chef Ernesto Gabriel and friend Graham Lewis set it up earlier this year, in its infancy Embers was a supper club and has now grown into several residencies.
