Our fish is sourced directly from day-boats, divers and regional markets in Cornwall, Devon and Dorset as well as shellfish from various islands in the Inner Hebrides, Orkney and Shetland. We collect fish in our own transport and deliver to restaurants the same day via our processing centres in Looe and Hackney. This means the only people handling the fish are the fishermen and our team and it’s all within 24 hours of catch - it’s a level of sourcing and control that allows us to provide unrivalled quality produce for discerning customers who share our passion for responsibly sourced, exceptional quality fish.
Our bespoke in-house ageing cabinets allow us to dry age fish exclusively for wholesale customers, adding a new flavour profile to top quality fish and a degree of flexibility for menu planning. Our state-of-the-art shellfish filtration pods mean we are able to re-generate lobster and crab after travel to hold and deliver them to customers as if they have just come out of the sea.
We deliver day and night 6 days per week throughout Central London in reusable packaging with 100% electric chiller vans. We also deliver directly to a number of locations throughout Cornwall, Devon, Somerset, Hampshire, Sussex and Surrey and via overnight courier to anywhere else in the UK.
