At the Chef's Table - Hackney


Having just left the Chef’s Table team under Leo Carreira to assume the Head Chef role of our Chelsea Seafood Bar, we bring Ezra back to Hackney for one day only, to showcase his own style in a familiar setting.

New Zealand born Ezra has worked in kitchens across NZ, Australia and London, drawing inspiration from the likes of Matt Abe, Hugh Allen and of course Leo. He has a particular fondness for cooking with seafood, finding fulfillment in creating dishes that showcase the delicate flavours of the ocean.

Ezra’s Untapped menu will be a shimmering glimpse of what’s to come in Chelsea combined with skills and techniques learned under his previous mentors.
