Born on the picturesque island of Jersey, where he grew up in a family of fishermen, Christian worked from a very early age in his fathers fishmongers. With his deep connection to the sea and a passion for bold spices, born from his extensive travels, Christian brings unique and unforgettable flavours fused with classic techniques. Staying true to his roots, including his current position, leading the line at Ikoyi, Christian has created a seafood based menu both familiar yet surprising.

Christian grew up in a family of Fishermen and has worked in kitchens around the world, he currently holds the title of Head chef at two Michelin starred Ikoyi.
