Fitz is a sparkling wine from Sussex made with mostly Seyval Blanc grapes. Made the same way as Prosecco through the Charmat method. This makes it light bodied, crisp and full of peach and apple flavours. A great value sparkling, perfect on its own and also pairs well with any white fish!
