Naz Hassan was born in Bangladesh and brought up in Milan, moving to London aged 19.
After nearly a decade working across the capital in some of London's best loved restaurants, he's most recently headed up Crispin in Spitalfields and Hackney's Pidgin. His cooking brings the best of Bengali and Italian food together: bold south Asian flavours in refined but moreish dishes.
