Ryšák is an old czech name for wines made from both black and white grapes. In this case it is Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris. Fermented together on the skins for couple days making the wine more fruity and producing a more intensive colour. This hybrid between Rosé and Orange wine offers an explosion of juicy red fruit with refreshing acidity and long lasting finish.
Serve it chilled like rosé and pair with tuna/salmon tartare or ceviche!
