Stonebass fillet

Expertly aged, our  Stone bass is  farmed in the sea in Corsica. 
It has a distinguished  texture and firmness. 
Perfect to eat raw, marinated, grilled or panfried. 
Very popular in Morroco and Egypt, it is delicious on its own  or with a strong olive oil.
