Grande Vallée is a blend of 65% Pinot Noir, 15% Chardonnay and 20% Meunier. Vinified in new and old oak barrels, small vats and aged on the lees for 24 months. Rich flavours of grapefruit, peach and hints of oak complemented by delicate mousse. Amazing as an aperitif or with oysters, but can accompany a heavier dish as well!
