FORMAT
This class is for people who already have basic cooking skills. For example, we will not teach you how to peel and chop an onion or cook potatoes. We will focus on fish preparation and fish related cooking techniques (but that does not mean you will not learn more about cooking in general). Prior experience working with fish is not required.
Your teacher will discuss each species you will be working with, demonstrate techniques and then guide you through the process. Cooking will be done as a group with varying levels of participation. There will be plenty of food throughout the class which will culminate in a shared, substantial meal.
Whether you want to learn a new skill, up your fish game or if you are just looking for a fun, interactive activity…our Introduction To Fish & Seafood class is exactly what you need.
