We’re excited to announce a new, interactive seafood experience at the home of our London operations hub in Hackney, where we bring the catch to the classroom in under 24 hours. Learn how to source, prepare and cook fish from scratch in a series of hands-on classes for all levels.

Starting with the basics you’ll learn how to clean, fillet, cook and serve different kinds of fish and shellfish then eat everything you’ve prepared.

Learn from our senior fishmonger and chef all about how to source and select great fish, seasonality, marine traceability and sustainability. You’ll learn essential techniques and skills, leaving armed with new recipes prepare and cook fish at home with confidence and finesse.

TSTS Seafood School

Introduction to Fish & Seafood

Class length: approx. 3 hours

This class if for people who already have basic cooking skills. We will not teach you how to peel and chop an onion. We will focus on fish preparation and fish related cooking techniques.

Your tutor will discuss each species you will be working with, demonstrate technique and then guide you through the process. Cooking will be done as a group. There will be some snacks throughout the class culminating in a shared, substantial meal.
