Nick Marsden (28) currently works at Dovetale, Mayfair, as Head of Research and Development. Born and raised in Lancashire, Nick is entirely self-taught having started his career at age 14 as a kitchen porter in his local pub. In 2014, Nick moved to London to study a degree in Business Management.

After graduating, he pursued his love for cooking and hospitality, working as a Sous Chef at restaurants such as Pitt Cue, Evernight and The Laughing Heart. His culinary journey has taken him across the globe, having undertaken stages at Michelin-starred Murano and Lyle’s in London, Amass in Copenhagen and Pujol and Em in Mexico City.

In 2019, Nick co-founded Out of Hand @o__o_h___an experimental supperclub series which saw him recognised by CODE Hospitality as ‘One to Watch’ as part of their esteemed 30under30 programme in 2022.
