At the Chef's Table - Hackney

John Javier was owner and head chef of Sydney based restaurant, MASTER which closed its' doors in 2016 - a restaurant Noma's Rene Redzepi labelled as one of his favourites in Australia. Since then, he moved to Hong Kong and opened the critically acclaimed Happy Paradise which was filmed on Anthony Bourdain's 'Parts Unknown' and featured in TIME Magazine's '100 Greatest Places on Earth'. 
John has since opened London-based restaurant and member's club, The Tent (at the End of the Universe) in Fitzrovia. For his pop-up at TSTS Chef’s Table, he will be serving a 5 course menu focusing on modern Cantonese and Sichuan flavours.
