With no previous culinary experience, Chris rose the ranks at the River Cafe, providing him with a firm grounding in seasonality, simplicity & the best olive oils. Followed by a slightly shorter stint at Noble Rot Soho, he is currently the resident chef at The Old Pharmacy in Bruton. His aim is to express the best of British produce whilst giving subtle nods to his previous culinary experience, alongside his own cultural heritage.
