Ollie Bass - 3rd December

Food was always central to Ollie’s family life, and his formative years were spent cooking with his mother, his grandmother from southern China who grew up in Jamaica and a grandfather with roots in Cornwall; Ollie graduated from art school before landing a position at Quo Vadis, learning under Jeremy Lee. He most recently worked with Florence Knight at Sessions Arts Club whose approach to food was a big draw for Ollie’s artistic tendencies. Most recently, Ollie has embarked on opening his own venture, a seafood neighbourhood restaurant in Hammersmith called Faber.

From just opened Faber, Ollie has worked with some of London's best chefs including Florence Knight and Jeremey Lee.
