Using the finest fish from around the UK and beyond and dry-aged fish prepared in our custom-built ageing cabinets, our chef’s table serves inventive dishes created by Executive Chef Leo Carreira.

Whether you’re a novice or a confident home cook, there’s a lot more to learn and private seafood masterclasses offer the perfect place to delve into cooking with fish.
Moving through to the main masterclass event, you’ll gather round the Chef’s Table for an introduction on the theme led by Executive Chef Leo Carreira and a hands-on demo before delving into lunch incorporating fish prepared by you during the course and aided by our chef. You’ll also have the opportunity to buy wholesale priced fish to take home.
