Using the finest fish from around the UK and beyond and dry-aged fish prepared in our custom-built ageing cabinets, our chef’s table serves inventive dishes created by Executive Chef Leo Carreira.

TĀ TĀ Eatery at TSTS Chef’s Table

Ana Gonçalves and Zijun Meng established TĀ TĀ Eatery in 2015 after working with Nuno Mendes at various restaurants. They gained a devoted following for their unique blend of Asian and Mediterranean flavors. With backgrounds in graphic design and fine art, their approach to food is distinctive. TĀ TĀ Eatery has evolved into a nomadic brand, showcasing fusion cuisine that combines Eastern and Western influences. Their menu emphasizes rice dishes, fresh seafood, meat, and fermented ingredients. TĀ TĀ Eatery aims to connect people through storytelling, linking guests, chefs, and suppliers.

After a sell-out collaboration with the TSTS team last year, TĀ TĀ return to the Chef’s Table as part of our Seafood Take-over Series for numerous dates throughout July and August

Kricket at TSTS Chef’s Table

Kricket was born in a shipping container in Brixton in 2015. Since then the restaurant has grown to three standalone sites in Soho, Brixton and at the Television Centre in White City. Local and sustainable fish has always been a focus and priority on the ever changing menus and Will is excited to showcase a different style of their fish focused menu, drawing inspiration from all over India, at an unmissable evening at the Chef's Table.
